Worst falooda ever, when they started this branch, they used to serve really good falooda but now increased price and dead in quality. No milk, only water of savaya, flavours of icecream tastes like medicine, especially the strawberry and mango flavour, 3rd worst experience in a row.

Falooda is okay but this time i chose to get cake from here to surprise my friend with on her birthday but has to be embarrassed due to the quality of the cake. We barely ate it. Not sure how long it has been there for and the smells yuck . It felt like chewing some elastic objects. If you wanna grow your business bigger first you have to take care of your customer’s health providing them with fresh and quality food not just giving whatever is available without any quality consent and making money :/

Never eat sweets from there. They sell old sweets which has been sitting in the counter from who knows how long. Bought the sweets this week and next day they had mold in it. Disgusting

Worst experience! The girl was not in the shop so we waited for good 10min then she came and said are you guys here to buy sweets if yes please don’t buy from here they are not fresh I don’t want to give you bad stuff which I think was a pure lie because they doesn’t seem bad at all and she said the same thing to us before too so I wanted to let the owners know that please keep check on her as she is providing the worst customer service and don’t want to sell anything from the shop.Thanks

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star to be honest. The most disgusting customer service. . . Actually no wait that would mean there was some customer service when there was a total lack thereof! After a long week of work the last thing I wanted was attitude from this obnoxious girl behind the counter. If you can't treat your customers with kindness then you are in the wrong profession. When politely advised that she could have handled my question more respectfully she proceeded to argue. Dirty shop from the second I stepped in but I didn't want to walk out without supporting. Never again!

They really need to work on quality. 2 times before I found sweets was off wth taste(due to temperature I think) and today again my husband bought pastry cake from thr and pineapple one was off . I think you guys need to check temperature to store food.

We ordered a theme cake for my nephew’s birthday and really impressed by the outcome.Not only the presentation was awesome but also the taste and contents of it.Thanks you for the amazing cake
