Anybody can see that the 12 NEW 1 star ratings all within 7 hours is an attempt to discredit this business. Have taken my car there for the last 5 years and no issues at all.

Ken explained how he could quiet down the cabin drone of the invidia exhaust in my forester. He removed the small resonator & tig welded in a much larger one & man, so much better now but still liniear.Would recommend these guys.Noel

If you don’t want your car parted out and used as spare parts for his own customers after sitting there for years with ‘delays on parts and services’ just to have a rushed hack job done after threatening for refunds and fair trading run, run far away.If this workshop wasn’t guilty of accused work then there would be no reason to delete their Facebook page and go of the face of the earth

What can I say… honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. Absolute rip off and cannot actually do work that he says he can.I’ve been hearing horror stories recently.Do not go here!

Couldn’t recommend Teylormade enough!! Ken and his team go above and beyond with their work. Had my wrx taken there for head gasket issues and was fixed so quickly. engine bay was cleaned to looked like a brand new engine !

Contacted for a quote for radiotor and upgraded CVT Cooler after waiting several weeks I chased them up repeatably, and they never provided me the quote. Very bad customer service, especially given the criticality of a radiotor replacement. Here is a hint instead of promising me a quote just say your not interested rather than not get back to me. Ended up getting my radiotor repaired in Wollongong and his customer service was excellent..

Didn’t want to write a bad review but here I am.For clarification, I own the rwd LS1 sf5 forester.I Tried contacting numerous times to have parts collected that were left there from when my car was there getting an engine swap with no response.My car sat in his shop untouched for most of the year and a half it was there. And it only got done (wouldn’t even call it done in any shape or form) because I told him I was coming to pick up the car regardless of how much he’d done.Now I’ve had the time to look at my rebuilt engine I’ve found heaps of issues that would have resulted in a blown up engine if I had not of found them..
