I saw shoes I liked. I would have bought them but from the very first contact I felt an acute sense of disdain from the sales person. She hinted a few times that she was the owner or manager. She put me off buying the shoes.

Whether I go in for a leisurely browse or I go in with the intention of buying I'm always happy with my experience. I bought some shoes and then changed my mind. I was able to go back a week later and exchange the shoes for something different. The assistant was very helpful and patient in helping me to find the right shoes. Very happy with the boots that I ended up with.
