Really good daycare.Good staff and facility's.We made a change from a alternatively daycare. Our child is doing much better here. Highly recommended.

Staff shortages at times concerns me, sometimes at drop off my child can stand in the middle of the room by herself for a time before it is acknowledged she is even there and I've found the need to wait to ensure she is ok, which I will assume is because the casuals don't know her, I get it but an effort should be made to make them feel more welcome at drop off and pick can be similar whereby staff at times make very little effort to ensure the child knows the parent is there and assist them to gather their belongings before leaving, again I get it and understand the issue of staff shortages.The kids rarely if ever bring craft they have made during the day, the odd drawing or painting maybe, which is always delightful.All of the above are my concerns however; one teacher educator Miss Kathryn is amazing, she gives awesome feedback on the days activities via the app and face to face and gives us as parents a sense of caring and professionalism
