Superb Cafe. Great menu. WiFi. Cool quiet spacious interior. I had the Turkish toasted turkey and brie and cranberry. And fresh apple, pineapple and ginger juice. Delightful friendly staff too.

Awesome +. We stopped here on a whim while heading north and what a lovely cafe.Sweet potato soup and coffee was top class. Presentation of cafe, staff and food was 5 star. I understand how this place has such high ratings - we’ll be back !!

This cafe is truely worth and deserves all the incredible reviews it has received.Super friendly staff, fresh food and dishes easily customised to your dietary requirements.Ordered brekky roll, scones and coffees. Everything was really good!

I had both breakfast and lunch at Billy T. The coffee is excellent and the food was always delicious. The eggs were beautiful and fluffy, BLT was perfect (I added avo, because dah), and for lunch I had the Chicken Bahn Mi with peanut sauce. Perfect portion sizes and flavour combos. It's like a Darby Street experience out in the bush! Such wonderful and friendly staff too, always happy to give tips and advice about exploring the area. They try to source as much of their produce locally as possible too which is awesome, and they have a bunch of great artwork up on the walls for sale and some beautiful cards made by a local teen artist too so I bought a few :)Staying at the airbnb behind Billy T was cosy and super convenient. Beds were comfy, modern bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge room for a late night movie. There was even a fire pit out the back but it wasn't cold enough to fire up on this trip. Kev kindly took us out to the new gin distillery, Farmer's Wife for an afternoon which was only a 15/20 minute drive down the road. Will DEFINITELY be staying again.

Very pleasant stop in Stroud. Nice burgers, wraps, specials etc. coffee looked good although I had a milkshake.

The food is phenomenonal and service is exceptional. Only downfall would be the coffee isn't too my liking but that's my personal preference.

The food at this cafe is amazing! The big breakfast is fresh and delicious for a 6am order. The service is also great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
