I wandered into this shop after a long trip from regional NSW with the latch on the back door of my van rattling loudly and coming loose as I drove, by the time I got to Melbourne there was only one screw holding it on and together. I expected that the owner/worker would shift me somewhere else that was likely to charge me a silly amount for a small job but instead the bloke dropped what he was doing which looked like a job worth a lot more than my beat up old van, and promptly found a few screws that fit and fixed the latch securely and sent me on my way without charge. While I understand he probably just wanted to get back to what he was doing I am still incredibly thankful that they stopped to help me out. 5 stars Thankyou.

The best body repair I have found so far in Melbourne. had our commercial van repaired. The quality of the work was sublime, communication was excellent and they finished the job earlier than planned. Price was competitive. But don't just look at the quote, what you got is much more than what you pay. Strongly recommend for private and commercial users. They are THE BEST.

Thank you to Ross for helping me out of a jam. Door wasn’t closing properly and I needed to drive 300kms to take my father home from hospital and needed an urgent fix. He dropped everything, quickly went a fixed it and didn’t even want money for it. Human kindness at its best. Great bloke and business and highly recommend.
