I struggle with the fact that most products are sealed with poor /misleading descriptions. I had to convince the store manager to (reluctantly) open the product before committed to purchase. If the product had been openly displayed it would have turned a 15 minute transaction into a 2 minute transaction...

Returning an ‘after market / non genuine part’ , no problem , staff remembered the sale and immediately honoured the warranty. Got in a replacement with in 24 hours. Possibly the nicest disappointment with a part I have ever experienced . Thought for a moment I was back living in the USA , where customer satisfaction is paramount .

Customer service is near 0! Any questions asked are met with shoulder shrugging and indifference. After 15 minutes trying to find some decent advice, I gave up and went to Autobarn where I got the right info within minutes. Absolutely frustrating experience at this Repco facility.
