We had what turned out to be a serious engine issue en route from Sydney to Melbourne. When we arrived at Jim Wall automotive they were very busy, and short a couple of mechanics, however Adam, Cathy and the team could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful. This is a business that understands what great customer service looks like. Cathy even drove us to pick up a rental vehicle once it became apparent that our car required major engine work. I needed an urgent safety check for the car and they accomodated me at last minute . they were very helpful - i am diabetic and my sugar dropped and they sat me down and gave me chocolate to raise my blood sugar. They are professional, polite and efficient. i am very grateful for Jim Wall Automotive. I highly recommend them - Adel

Couldn’t rate highly enough !!!! Friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable and reasonably priced.My Range Rover came up with a ‘critical warning’ engine fault on the road from Sydney to Melbourne.Called through and spoke to Adam who was very knowledgeable and professional.I arrived and despite being very busy, Adam and Daniel dropped what they were doing to run a diagnostic test.Adam, who was extremely knowledgeable of Diesel engines then came with me to test drive to see if we could replicate the engine fault. After giving the test drive the all clear daniel then ran another diagnostic test just to be sure.These guys run a great business here. Everyone was helpful and got my car fixed really efficiently.They are obviously extremely knowledgeable in what they do.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and well priced also - they could have easily charged me anything as I wasn’t in a position to say now.Thanks again guys and merry Xmas,Andrew (Range Rover Sport with boat on back)

Cannot speak highly enough of this mechanic. Car got towed there after blowing up, team did a great job explaining what had happened, didn’t try and suck me in to tens of thousands of dollars and were honest with their assessment and what I should do with the car. Would def recommend.

I ran into a problem 2 hours away from home where my petrol door was seized shut and I only had 30km left of fuel, I called and spoke to Adam who was so lovely and told me to come straight in, he fixed the issue within 5 minutes but also insisted it helps if you speak German to a German car haha.Thankyou so so so much for all your help Adam, truly a wonderful experience :)

Adam and his team were fantastic! They tracked down the tyres I required, ordered them on my behalf and once arrived, booked my car in the very next morning.They were also kind enough to deliver my car back to my place of work after the works were completed knowing I had my two little ones with me.I would highly recommend!

Quick response by email, super nice contact and service. Problems found were explained to us and pointed out what we should look out for in the future. A really good mechanic with great expertise.
