Ingleburn Medical & Dental Centre

I have been attending this medical centre for over 20 years! Service is not too bad. I will say the front desk girls are usually lovely. In saying this, I witnessed 4 staff talking and then one attended to a patient who was new and needed to fill in the new PF. Instead of moving him to the side, the lady just allowed the man to stand there, and the line turned into like 15 people waiting as she didn't continue to service but rather just look at the line building up.I would also like to address I requested a tele health which Dr Bose called me. I requested a blood test form and I was informed by the doctor that he wouldn't give me the form as it will cost Medicare too much money. I was gobsmacked how do you tell an Australian, taxpayer that they can't get there health checked because it will cost Medicare to much money. I am more than disgusted at this comment. Maybe the doctors should think twice before they speak. Hopefully with the new chairs and desks we can get new attitudes.

The lady at front desk is so rude today. Customer service is terrible. Not all but some ruin it for the lot. On a positive note, My family have been a patient of Dr Patrick Lee for nearly 15 years. The best hands down. But staff at reception need to do better.

Pathetic!!! Pathetic!! PatheticI witnessed the whole incident when someone collapsed and died on the scene inside the medical centre loosing tons of blood. Upon returning the medical centre couple of days later the blood stains were still visible , left with a wet floor signage. Why is WHS compromised ?? I am still traumatised what I saw that day. If you don’t have money to clean the stained area forensically ,send me your bank details I will transfer the money, you crooks .

Absolutely poor service provided by the person working on the counter at 3.20pmI want to understand the below:At 2pm I checked with the person who was serving said 6 patients before my number.At 3.30pm I checked, was told 7 patients before me.The number should decrease nit increase when asked she sold me something unacceptable.As because we are patients, don’t we have any rights.The time I booked my name at12pm, I was told 2 hours wait, which was kind of incorrect information.I need an answer for this.

Very welcoming, loving Laverty over the other side, near the chemist. has a window . Clean and warm. Reception is much better on the eye. Very fresh look all over. Well done, not enough seating,

When it comes to a child's health, we are willing to wait as long as necessary. But it's just not normal to stand in a queue of 20 people even at the reception. Then to wait for over an hour for a pre-booked doctor's visit. This clinic is a time black hole. When you come here, you never know how many hours you will spend before leaving.

Don't ever go to this place receptionists are rude and routinely lie to you about the wait times and they tell you later. This can be easily avoided if they are just honest. nothing against the doctors I've had no problems with them after today I'm never going back to that place. I try not to judge receptionists because I understand if they haven't got enough doctors. Wish they would just be honest with wait times becuase I can wait long times(3 4 hours?). I've gone into receptions where there honest and have had no problems

I am rating Ingleburn Medical Centre based on my experience with Dr. Satyajit Datta - a very dedicated practitioner who is considerate, listens carefully, something which not all doctors do these days. Thanks to all staff at Ingleburn too!
