My girlfriend and I visited JW Computers with the intent to purchase all parts required to build a PC. We were assisted by Do, we presented our build to Do and he provided feedback and made suggestions to swap out some parts for equivalent or better parts that were in-stock whilst also being in the same price point and to suit our intended purpose (medium level gaming).Do was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, punctual, and respectful. He answered all our questions and concerns which allowed us to make the best decision for our build. Do made our experience at JW Computers Bankstown very pleasurable with his exception customer service. We will definitely be heading back here in the future.

I had pretty severe problems with my computer that I had spent close to 40 hours trying to fix myself. Took it in and was initially told that it was a corrupt OS when I was fairly certain it wasnt. Took it home and it broke pretty quickly and wasnt to happy. The reason they get 5 stars is because of how they, specifically Adam, treated me once I took the pc back. Adam communicated with me very well and listened to my concerns and diagnosed the issue as a broken cpu. Cannot recommend this business more to anyone who has a faulty computer. Again big thanks to Adam for the service.

Very happy with the experience. I came here with hubby to sort out my work from home office/computer set up. We had a chap named Dow help us. He was so good, really nice and polite. He found everything that I needed. I explained the sort of set up I wanted with 2 monitors, a dock for laptop and keyboard etc. He got me all of it so I'm ready for Monday! Didn't oversell and showed us alternatives and explained the items and what they're for. We kinda just trusted him to work it out for us. And for someone like me who know nothing and eventhough hubby knows a little we relied on JW computers and their knowledge to help us. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone especially if you need home office set up like me and not a techy! :) Hopefully you get the same great experience we got from Dow. The prices were competitive and scored a few sale items too. Dow also did us a good deal/package on everything (paid $710 for whole set up 2 Philips monitor, port, adapters, wireless Microsoft keyboard+mouse and monitor stand). All in all very satisfied customers. Thank you Dow.

Ordered from this supplier through Kogan along with products from other suppliers. All other suppliers have shipped items and had no issues these guys have had my order for over 7 days and basically blaming the public holidays for them having not shipped yet. Sounds like a poor excuse to cover bad customer service and lack of respect for their customers. I guess it might get shipped next week and maybe I will get my item before February if I’m lucky. Do not buy from this company unless you are prepared to wait and not be treated with any kind of respect as a customer.

Some of the best customer service in AustraliaThey are more then willing to look after the customers I highly recommend the team here but I do not recommend dealing with their online team (who have nothing to do with this branch) buying online and pickup in store or go into the store and have them order it in if they don't have anything in stock

I need a bag for our new projector and these guys holding stock and delivered it to us in just a couple of days, there were heaps of emails keeping us updated and the service was very professional and the delivery was very quick and pricing was very good I will definitely be going back to these guys again in future.
