From our first meeting and throughout the project, Bas provided a first class service, communication was excellent, risks and issues were addressed immediately and variations were minimal. During the design phase, Bas brought our vision to life via 3D modelling (VR) which allowed us to fine tune our design prior to construction commencing. Our project was delivered on time and on budget. The finished product is better than we ever expected. We would highly recommend Bas and the team.

Bassam completed 2 full bathroom renovations at our two storey house, turning a derelict main bathroom and walk in wardrobe, into a beautiful main bathroom and stunning en-suite. He also redesigned and renovated our laundry, making it an absolute joy to use.Bass and his team were fantastic to deal with. We were after someone to renovate our dated bathroom, particularly, we wanted a toilet in our bathroom which didn't have one and were prepared to sacrifice the separate shower and have a shower over the bath. Bass contacted us from our request for professionals on Houze. He came to see the job a couple of days later. He came up with a solution of extending the bathroom to have a luxurious walk in shower plus have a huge bath. He replaced the window which had been made smaller to accommodate the vanity mirror (luckily the outside brickwork had not been changed just the internal tiling). He made a 3D rendering of the bathroom in Sketchup so we could 'walk through' to see how it would look. He made a detailed schedule of when the various tasks would be completed and the schedule was adhered to almost exactly. All the tradies Bass used were great professionals, top class work, cleaned up really well at the end of each day. Bass came himself almost every day to review that work was done to his standard.Bass had a vision of how it could be with the tile, colours and design that was amazing. I didn't think it possible to turn our old bathroom into this beautiful dream bathroom!I would not hesitate to use him again.

Job took 10 months to complete with incompetence trades bass hired . Contract given for 6 weeks completion .Invoices not itemised then I was called a rat and threatened for posting reviews to avoid anyone else from Being heavy out of pocket and not to mention stress for the last 12 months trying to finalise the job . Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere . He has since shut his Facebook page due to honest review I left . Please contact me directly if you wish to see the bad side effects of his work so this doesn’t happen to you .

Refine Property Solutions (RPS) did a full renovation on my bathroom/laundry and my wife and I could not be happier with the process or the end result.Bas and his team were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He had great ideas and his input improved on what we were thinking. Before RPS had won the quote Bas had already done 6 different designs on a 3D program that really helped us to envision the end result. Throughout the build and even after the final bill was paid Bas was always very easy to contact.If you want your project to be on time, on budget and to a very high standard I highly recommend RPS.
