Having cleared my home readying it for sanding, the original tradesman failed to turn up, didn't return any messages or calls. Matt from Three Brothers Flooring some how, found an opening in his very busy schedule. I received courtesy calls, start times were always prompt, work site left impeccable. As a property manager I have used many flooring people over the years. Matt was referred to me and came with a glowing review. He was quick to quote, fitted us in at the last minute and did a great job repairing, sanding and polishing our floors. Didn’t have to worry about a clean up afterwards and the job is perfect. Extremely well priced compared to a lot of other local firms. Will have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my landlords, family or friends.
