Google says 7pm close time and the actual store closes at 6. I changed plans to come specially and found the store closed.

Very disappointing experience with Chemist Warehouse staff, was recommended the wrong item and when I came back the day after to exchange for another item, they would not accept the reason even if it was unopened. They just insisted it is our policy etc, I told them I was recommended the wrong item and would like to change it for something else.If you have any medical needs get from somewhere else. They only bother about profits rather than a good customer experience.

Typical Chemist Warehouse, always great prices and plentiful inventory.Staff were helpful when I could not find item I wanted and she reserved it on my behalf at another store 2 blocks away.

I always come here to spray the tester perfumes but most of them are broken and don’t have the spray piece on them? Staff are nice at least.

Decided to grab some protein bar today and found out that they are mostly melted. SERIOUSLY???? Talk to one of the staff but nothing much they can do and sounds like owner does not care about the product quality. Wonder what about the quality of the medications and other products. I feel bad for the staff who working in the store.

9/4 15:00 the guy at the cash register on the left hand side. He’s tall and got dark skin tone. Can he care ANY LESS about customers? Not impressed with the way he greets people. If you don’t care, don’t work. A company who cares about customer service probably shouldn’t hire someone like him.

It's medium sized, larger than the Bourke st one. Like any chemist warehouse, you should be able to find what you need, at most likely the cheapest price you'll find around. Has the usual products you expect to find at the chemist like Panadol and vitamins, but also other household general products like soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid though the latter not always the cheapest compared to supermarkets. This one is accessible - lift from centre ground floor before heading into store.
