After many visits I finally decided on a Mazda CX 5. I have bought many many new cars in the past and by far the service, understanding, professionalism, kindness and patience shown by Eric Knudsen and his team was absolutely outstanding in absolutely ALL aspects .I am so happy with my decision and the positive happy memories I have from the service by Eric will be with myself and my daughter forever. we finally got to drive away in our fabulous new car Mazda this afternoon. We could not have been more thrilled with the service Anton provided. He was always so genuinely happy to see us just walk through the door. We were always greeted with a smile and a wave. Anton is 10/10 for professionalism, manners and is just a lovely human. We always felt cared for throughout our entire journey even when we hit a few bumps in the road. Thank you Anton, you made this such a pleasant experience!

Don't buy Mazda. They don't fix manufacturer faults under warranty! Ever dealt with a dodgy insurance company who will try all the loop holes to get out of paying out on a claim? Well, it's just like that - corrupt! At our 20,000km service we requested seat foam be repaired as it was beginning to lose its firmness and change shape, evident by the ripples in the upholstery. Claim denied. No report provided to support the denial of claim and a warranty clerk does not even proactively advise of this information, there is absolutely no after-sales service - as a customer you must make multiple calls for someone to look into it. By the 30,000km service the foam has collapsed further and my lower back has developed pain when driving. Very evident deterioration in the upholstery, it's wrinkled - it should be taut! This vehicle is new, this shouldn't be happening and this is NOT normal wear and tear. Wouldn't it make sense for Mazda to fix the fault now, before it becomes a bigger issue and expense? A professional motor trimmer with 25 years experience advised me that this is not normal and should be fixed under warranty! We would have upgraded both our vehicles to purchase with Mazda again, but the whole unsatisfactory experience has changed our minds!

The sale person was so moody and uninterested that my wife was completely put off the brand while we were considering few different options. Not related to Mazda itself, which are decent cars for the price segment in question but just goes to show that a stale purchase experience can nullify a sale potential. We ended up in a Mini garage instead.

Purchased a new Mazda2 here. Dealt with Anna. The customer service we received was exemplary. No pressure at all, just courtesy , outstanding product knowledge and a professional approach, which we appreciated. There was a short wait for our new car and the communication during this period was excellent.

Our experience with Sunshine Coast Mazda was very positive overall. Our sales consultant, Elliot Dickson, was particularly helpful, friendly and informative and we were pleased to find that this relationship would continue, whenever needed into the future.

The service was excellent and unexpected. The staff arranged an UBER to drop me off at the local shopping centre and to pick me up when my car was ready. Explanation of what repairs had been done and needed doing was clear and concise. The charge was cheaper than what I was expecting. It was an all round good experience.
