Our family had a free hearing test today. They were all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They helped our son knowing it would not be business for them. Thank you.

The staff try to be helpful and the hearing aids are nice, however if something goes wrong, like my faulty ear drum, and the hearing aids are returned .... don't hold your breath for a refund. I'm at 33 days and counting ...Bay Audio outsource their financing. $8 monthly account keeping fee. I fully paid avoiding almost $300 charges. Now unable to obtain refund. NOT IMPRESSED!
