Nick assessed our swimming pool safety compliance as requested by our local Council. Nick was professional, courteous and most impressive with his knowledge and technical expertise. Most highly recommended.

Cannot speak more highly or recommend Melbourne Pool Safety enough! From the initial contact with Nick, he was extremely informative, helpful and responsive. Nick came out for the first inspection within days of me contacting him, was on time and given I was not home provided a prompt update after he had conducted the inspection. My pool required some upgrades which I anticipated given we have an older pool fence to meet compliance with Nick offering numerous solutions and options which he communicated in lay mans terms however also specified the technical information needed to meet regulations which highlighted his professionalism and expertise. We made the upgrades and I contacted Nick with him again coming out within days of making contact for the second inspection to which he notified me straight after the inspection that it was compliant. Following providing me with the compliance certificate, Nick also provided all the links to my local Council in order to register it. Overall what I thought would be a very convoluted process was made seamless by Nick, aided by his open communication, professionalism and overall approach. I will definitely be contacting Melbourne Pool Safety in four years time for my next compliance certificate and I’m very grateful that they were recommended to me.

When i first spoke to Nick regarding booking in for my pool Barrier compliance certificate he was nothing but professional. Nick is always professional and most of all helpful. No one likes getting safety inspections done and no one wants to spend money to meet a standard but they have to be done and Nick makes the process as pain free as possible. He's on time, courteous, gets the report done quickly and looks for solutions rather than just nit picking problems. Would recommend.
