Huge range of toys, struggled to get the help I needed in selecting an age appropriate toy even though I was the only one in the shop. Hopefully next time there will be more hands on deck and less people on their mobiles.

The shop is jam packed with toys, more with a creative play and educational focus however (no barbies here!). There is a fantastic collection of lego including many of the designer builds. Also has a good selection of sylvanian families. Prices arent the cheapest but the range and service is great.

Wonderful customer service (other reviews were terrible hence me feeling the need to leave this one!) I was asked if I needed assistance - I didn't - and was left to browse to my hearts content. The lady in there was lovely; friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

Worst customer service we have ever experienced. As a family we’ve shopped here many times over the years, recently tried to exchange a gift - the manager was rude and unreasonable, I was shocked. So disappointing, we will be doing all our toy shopping at kid stuff from now on and will be telling our friends to do the same! Just awful.

Disappointed - we purchased a remote car that had a missing remote. Took it back to the store to be told internal process means they can’t do returns or exchange. Instead required to contact suppliers for a new remote.

Good selection of games, lego and other stuff... Lady behind the counter was very helpful and friendly...

Purchased an inflatable water slide for nephew and upon opening the box noticed it was torn in one of the seams making it unusable. Went back to Imagine If store at Burnside (with receipt) asking for replacement or refund and was told in no uncertain terms that they will not abide by my request as they accused me of subsequently using the product, damaging and then having the cheek to ask for replacement. As I worked in a nearby financial institution at the time which they knew about, I was threatened with them going to employer and making up a false accusation of me threatening and bullying them while using m6 position as a local manager as leverage or a threat. Very rude management, no customer service and totally unprofessional in their business dealings. Highly recommend not to shop there

I’ve experienced bad service a couple of times here now.The first time, I went into store 10min before closing to buy a very expensive chess board. I got told they’re almost closing so I’ll have to come back another time. I had to really put my foot down to have them serve me.Today I rang to buy a Lego set. I asked if I could borrow their sticky tape and buy some wrapping paper from them. Got told they’re too busy to wrap because of Christmas, and there’s nowhere for me to use their sticky and wrap it myself. Zero customer service. Told them I’d go somewhere else.For someone who has spent thousands in the store, it leaves a very bad taste in the mouth.
