Hunter homes sent through quote. The quote raised a lot of questions and their prices seemed expensive. When clarification was sought, no answers were forthcoming however further costs were added to the quote. Be vary careful. They are quoting $1800 for extra piping that costs $400 retail. I have been waiting for several weeks for answers to some questions and I am continually getting excuses, not answers.The biggest issue I have is the vapor barrier used with the slab. Hunter homes offer a service in lieu of the requirements under the Australian Standards. This might actually be considered illegal and I've heard from others that because of this, their slabs have cracked and affecting their homes. Make sure you do your homework. Seek multiple quotes and make sure you know what you are buying. Unfortunately Hunter Homes can not be trusted and come across as very dishonest.
