Aidacare - Mobility & Healthcare Equipment

This is a horrible place for the care services". We paid 5 grand for a recliner (almost three times more than the other similar item outside the care system)

Just want to say a big thank you to Mark and the lovely staff at Aidacare Cooper's Plains for their amazing service. My friend who is over here on holiday had her fold-up mobility scooter suddenly stop working. Fearing the worse we rang Aidacare, who willingly said they would look at it for us. Luckily it was just a fuse that had blown. This was replaced and the scooter returned quicker than expected. Nothing was too much trouble!!!! Thankyou and keep up your great customer service. It is very much appreciated.

Experience less than satisfactory. One star rating only because they answered their phone .Provided a hospital style bed through community palliative care. Didnt ring the promised 1 hour before delvery just turned up. When organised pick up didnt eventuate was told they had no record of us on file.Not impressed at all.Bed was also not suitable for a terminally ill patient.Uncomfortable, noisy and not fit for purpose.Sorry but not good enough.

Have been waiting over four months for an adjustable bed. Still no closer. Wish I could give them no stars. It's very disappointing being treated like this when you are already vulnerable.

Totally pathetic hired a scooter on Tuesday here it is Friday spoke to them this morning said that it would be delivered today hasn't arrived so I have lost a weeks hire and stranded at home don't know when I will get it so don't waste your time dealing with them

This seems to be the same business as MobilityHQ that run the website. The products are good but to be honest you lose 3 stars because your after sales service is just terrible. People should not have to chase up their order multiple times with no responses from you. I don't know why you operate that way but you need to fix it.

Excellent experience! I used to purchase my wheelie walkers (three already this year) from a local supplier, but their customer service has gone downhill, and I was left without a wheelie walker (paid for nearly two weeks ago) when my current one went dodgy. I called Aidacare directly, in hopes to get one from them, quickly, and spoke with a lovely customer service agent named Jamaica. She was amazing! Even though it was minutes before close of business, she was able to arrange the purchase (at a lower price than with the supplier, I might add), and then the next morning, she was right on top of things with the warehouse and the delivery service - so that I will be getting my new wheelie walker in about a day! Thanks to this wonderful experience with Jamaica, I will now be purchasing my items from Aidacare directly, rather than going through the supplier. Thank you, Jamaica! Many thanks also to Brooke who made this all a success and coordinated with the warehouse, and with the warehouse team who got this to me so quickly. Highly recommend Aidacare! Update - another wonderful experience with Aidacare. Just purchased another wheelie walker, and Bianca Williams and Tami Walpole organised everything in time for me to take a flight. I’ve been waiting for four months for my client’s bed to be fixed…always an excuse.

The ladies working in the showroom floor are wonderful, friendly, smile and helpful but the one answering the phone gave me incorrect information and caused me a lot of stress today. I called ahead to enquire about an item and its availability. I was told there were options available on the showroom floor that I would be able to purchase from the floor. I had explained that I needed the item urgently and was tight on time due to needing to go on the school run. I understand that the staff member may be new and in training but perhaps this is something that could have been avoided by having a staff member shadow or not put a trainee on the phones just yet. Being a carer is a big task and having someone in the industry make things harder for us is really disheartening.
