Australia Post - Rochedale South LPO

Tried to call 6 times yesterday to ask if they can do my passport application and no one called meback or answered the phone. Went into store today and advised they do not accept this at this store and witnessed worker ignore phone call while I was in stall. Advised to her that this is what she did to myself yesterday and would have been nice if she had answered so I could have gone to another location insteadOf wasting my time. Was not even apologised to instead advised its cause of they fax line they have set up in store. Very disappointed, either set up a separate line or remove the number from your site so people don’t waste their time calling all day.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong person. The lady at the post office delivered my parcel to the someone without checking his/her ID. I don’t know how it can be happened. The lady was so rude and she didn’t try to solve my problem. She also didn’t try to correct her mistake.

Never deliver their posts! One star is too much for the poor service.

The worst most unfriendly place I went in for a passport photo and they refused because they had boxes in the way which could be move. They were very very rude

There is a very rude staff with short hair and glasses. She was unwilling to provide package tracking service, which belongs to her job. She can not even speak proper English with an unappetizing thick accent.

Very poor service and bad experience. The lady with short hair and glasses , she is very impatient and rude, make customers feel very uncomfortable.

Nice staff, they help me with my commercial shipping. Post offices can be hit and miss and these guys are definitely a hit!

Disgusting parcel delivery!!!I found our parcel worth over $200 in the garden in the rain approx 10 meters from our verandah, I guess they threw it out as they drove past.

Never got my delivery, even when I’m home for the delivery day. Why do you call your self post office??
