After breaking down on Easter Monday about 200kms from Norseman on the eyre highway a tow was arranged for us by RAC via tulla service centre to take our vehicle and caravan to Norseman. What a nightmare experience that was. With no mechanic in Norseman to assess our vehicle we were stranded there until Wednesday when we decided to call performance gas and electrical who agreed to look at it and arranged for a tow for our vehicle and caravan to Kalgoorlie. Things certainly looked up from that point. We recieved a call from Boris from rapid rescue towing to say they would be in Norseman to pick us up first thing in the morning. We were amazed when he arrived with his partner Vanessa's car on the back of the tow truck. After hearing of out situation she insisted on bringing her car over so we could travel back in comfort. Boris took great care of our vehicle and caravan he was competent and caring in everything he did. He took our caravan to the rv camp as there wasn't a park available at that time and took our vehicle to the mechanic. His delightful partner Vanessa then asked us we needing to do anything else before taking us back to our caravan. We highly recommend rapid rescue towing and thank them for their amazing service.
