This person is a rogue. Charged $120 to change an adaptor plug. Was 90 minutes late for the appointment and smoked on the property. When asked to accept less as he took less than 20 mins to change the plug, he advised he had to cover the travel time even though his card and poster state he does not charge travel fees. Also would accept cash only. Beware!! This business is a rip off....

Michael was prompt and kept me up to date with current situation regarding repairs needed. Costs were not exhorbitant and he did a very good job. Some issues arose which he quickly fixed at no further cost to me. On the whole, a job well done. Highly recommended.
