Went to get my screen protector installed in Smithfield branch and he did such a great job. Done professionally and very good customer service. Would come back for my other phone accessories in the future. Thank you!

Went in to get a screen protector. A staff member put it on for me later that day I realised it wasn't put on properly. Went back in they replaced it to only then tell me its $25 for a new one even though they put it on wrong. If you are going to offer a service maybe pay attention while you do it and do it properly, or if you are going to be incompetent don't offer a service.

Being of an older generation, my IPad was playing up and went in spoke with a lovely young lady (Saturday 7/01/23) who with 10/10 customer service, she let us go do shopping while she checked the charging, when we returned there was another female staff member, they both went out of their way to explain the pro's and cons. They even looked up where I could purchase an up to date model and the cost. Thank you for not taking advantage of us who are not tech savvy and thank you for caring. Highly recommend this store, the service, care factor is tops. 10/10 to the two female staff for their service.

Pathetic service, brought a case for my phone and they broke it and wouldn't replace it cause it was outside 30 day warranty, $70 down the drain, what a joke

bought a screen replacement which proved faulty within the first week of replacing. screen broke down and I took into the store who then refused to fix, telling me that I had broken myself. dodgy as, I do not recommend unless you're ready to get scammed.

Poor customer service. Was installed a faulty screen and tried to contact the Casphone via email on the same day. Had no answer. I then went directly to the shop 2 days later and was asked to leave my phone with them for 3 days until they receive the new screen and install. When picking up the phone they had not installed the screen and asked us a further $200 because the screen was chipped and it was not under warranty. Don't waste your money on cheap quality screens that breaks in 2 days and bad customer service who doesn't recognize their products are faulty and bad quality.
