Great training facility and excellent coaching for beginners or experienced persons. Very good interactive environment and encouraging for anyone who comes in, couldn’t recommend it anymore.

Great place. My kids go here and they love their classes. Great way to give them lessons in discipline and get there excess energy out, all while learn a great skill.

The gym is also proud of the strong relationships it has with Australian MMA legend and Coach Dan Higgins, Steve and Elliot Compton from Team Compton Training Centre and Brazilian Top Team providing students with the opportunity to expand their skills under some of the greatest Martial Artists Australia has to offer.
