This place in a total RIP OFF. They are using the inflation excuse to almost double all the prices for cat and dog food. Good veterinaries but DO NOT BUY THE FOOD THERE, the other stores are much cheaper. Inflation is a thing but they are taking advantage of it to SCAM people.

This place is such a great vet. When we got our first puppy we took her here and signed up for puppy school. Then we also signed up to their healthy pets program annually. I'm glad we did that or we would be out pocket alot. Then we got our second puppy and we now take them both there. We feel that we are in good hands.

Terrific service, staff are very experienced. Our dog aged 10 has been going to the same great vet here for routine checks plus a couple of emergencies since a pup.

Their first priority is $$. My initial visit here and I was told via a phone call the next day that $25 had been left unpaid on my bill and it would need fixing up. Asked what for and got a reply about a system glitch. I told them I would pay it but they wouldn't see me there again, practice manager didn't seem bothered.

They are really wonderful vets. Our cavoodle ate 250 grams of chocolate last week and I called up and they told me to bring him straight in. They immediately gave him a tablet and he threw it all up. They literally saved his life and could not have made it easier or more stress free for us. They also put through your private health insurance on the spot so you just pay the difference. We couldn’t be happier with their services.

Cannot recommend vet Danielle Edge more. She is provides an excellent, caring service.

I have been taking my dogs here for years now. They are very caring and you can tell the love their jobs. Never had a problem and highly recommend

Once this vet was a local family vet and cared about my animals. Now it is a big corporate called Greencross who are a money making machine. They will over service you, taking advantage of your love for your pet, charging you unnecessarily. Take your business to a privately owned vet. Most of the negative reviews are about them over charging. You will also notice that they don’t respond to the negative reviews because they don’t care. My complaint is that a took my 18 year old cat there to be euthanised (I took her there because they are closest to me so less to travel for my beloved Milly). They did it and said they would call Pets Eternal for the cremation. Well the didn’t call and she spent a whole week alone in their freezer. They effectively forgot and “lost” her. I had to get Pets Eternal to go there to find her and scan her microchip because we couldn’t trust them to give us the correct cat. Of course they didn’t call me to apologise and when I call my number must come up because they don’t answer my calls. Shame on them.
