TCR have managed my property for more than 11 years. They provide the best service and are very professional in things they do. Their staffs are friendly and always prompt in responding emails, phone calls and any requests and inquiries, whether they are from the tenants or myself. Being a remote landlord, I rely heavily on the team at TCR. They provide great service to look after us and our property (and our tenants). They keep me well informed when needed, but also handle any issues, so that I don't need to worry at all.

TCR have managed rental properties for me for many years and I have always been impressed at how courteous and responsive everyone is. They have inititive and get jobs done with a minimum of fuss and, when things have gone wrong, as sometimes happens with tenants/rental properties, they always remember who they are working for and do what needs to be done, removing a lot of the stress of owning rentals.

I have had the pleasure of renting a unit through Toowoomba City Realty since 2009. They have taken excellent care of me and the staff are professional and responsive to my emails when I needed some unit maintenance. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental unit to live.

Toowoomba City Realty have been managing my townhouse since new, Christina, Gracie & the team have been amazing! Responsive and fabulous communication. Nothing has been or is too hard for them. I am also on the Strata Committee and Gracie has been an absolute gem with assisting us with their preferred trades providing great quotes and quick service to maintenance requests. Don't pay attention to reviews from disgruntled tenants, the Property Mangers' first duty is to their landlord but having said that I have always had fabulous tenants chosen for my property that had a good relationship with their PM as well. I refer a lot of fellow investors to the team and will continue to do so!
