Greencross vets are amazing!!Beautiful caring staff that took the very best care of our Bella... first for her vaccination and more recently following an accident.Thank you ladies for looking after our little pup and putting our minds at ease.

Some staff need a bit more training in regard to customer service.Went to pick up my fiancé's order as he was home with our 3 young kids and I was already out, had proof of his phone number attached to the order and screenshot he sent me and I was met with an attitude when told next time he'll have to call and let them know I'm coming.That's fine, but a bit of kindness and tact in the approach of letting us know would've been appreciated especially as I offered to show the messages he had sent and was cut off mid-sentence telling me not to worry about it this time but next time it wouldn't be ok.I'm not a magician with the ability to see what orders people have put through and can just waltz in there with the full name of an order that has been made.Never in my 15 years of working in customer service have I ever been like that to a customer for no reason whatsoever.

Arrived at 1pm 29/01/2023. Store wasn't busy. The Female who is the Area Manager for Petbarn needs to take a good look at the staff Employed here especially the Store Manager!A mistake had been made by myself with my order that I was to pickup. I had chosen the wrong dry food (part of the order) and the one I needed they were out of stock so I asked could they do a stock transfer to another store that had one..A young Female with a truck load of attitude went and asked the Store Manager and stated that part of the order needed to be cancelled and refunded and I needed to re-order and go and pick it up at Bundall or Beenleigh.STORE MANAGER: it's not good for your Career Advancement to avoid the Customer by hiding behind the shelves and let your inexperience staff handle a situation that you needed to attend too. You need an attitude ajustment.I Left the 2kg of ROYAL CANIN Dry food there as I didn't want them to over work themselves anymore by giving me a refund!Re-Ordered at the Bundall Store and spoke with a lovely Employee who verified that what they did at Pimpama was just LazinessI've been a customer of Petbarn for 10+ years and normally deal with the Upper Coomera Store, who for the past 5 years have been exceptional in their service (Older Staff) without their Poker Face Attitudes!

Used the self service dog wash, nice and clean, well lit, water was warm, blow dryer took a while to warm up, but was fine once it did!

There were three staff all at the counter. We went to the aquarium, waited, and then had to go back to get someone to serve us. The young lady who looked after us was lovely. The same fish were more expensive than at other locations, though.

Fantastic service. They groomed Teddy my toy poodle beautifully, they kept me updated on the time frame and most importantly they were very accommodating when I made a mistake on my booking.

The team were awesome, and got everything and more in my package, will be going back there everytime I need pet goods, thanks team.

Great customer service, staff are friendly. Being a smaller/new store it doesn't really have the room to keep a heap of stock so I often find it doesn't have exactly what I need. Particularly fish related products. Hoping in the coming months they build on their fish products
