I'm from Sydney, and I was provided some dodgy info from a mechanic down here (won't go into specifics, but they casually said I had a small steering/suspension issue). When I was in Port Macquarie seeing a relative, I decided to look up this issue on Google, and it said that I shouldn't be driving the car. I had to return to Sydney that day, so i got a rental. I called BM Automotive, and they were so accomodating and flexible (they were able to keep my car on site until i could get back to Port Macquarie. They looked at my car and said that there was no issue. They could have easily said there was an issue and charge for parts and labour, but they didn't. That's integrity. I would not have known the difference, in fact i expected to be charge labour and parts as i was told there was an issue in Sydney.For a mechanic that has integrity, competence, great customer service, call these guys.I wish they were based in Western Sydney!

Excellent staff!My car broke down while going to Brisbane.Friendly and professional staff quickly diagnosed the pipe in the engine, which came off, and the team fixed it.Although it wasn't a significant job but the fact that the staff didn't even charge me a dime is why I am giving them 5 star.

James to the rescue !. Again, receptive, and diagnosed problem 1st time correctly. Correct part ordered and installed promptly rectifying the problem which was the warning lights on the the dash lit up like the proverbial Christmas tree. Very reasonable price for the services provided and would certainly recommend these competent auto technicians.

Broke down on a Friday afternoon on the way to Brisbane.My vehicle required a new alternator. The team sprung into action and sourced a new one locally. All fixed and back on the road in a couple of hours.Very professional and well run outfit.

We have been using BM for a few years now, they always make us feel calm and help us easily understand what is going on or what they have fixed. They are a very honest and genuine company, and have never charged as for extra things they fixed on the day. We have also never had them try and random fix an issue just to get extra money from us. They are always quick and clean with any services and repairs, parts are always in stock or the next day. Their prices are always great value, and don't make us feel like we have been ripped off. The take the stress out of the stress car issues everyone can face from time to time.We really appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, genuine people at BM.
