Safety certificate process was very straightforward. I rang, got an sms back, organised the inspection, Nev turned up on time. Inspection was satisfactory, paid and safety certificate was emailed very soon after.Mods on the Go was recommended by a friend. Would be happy to recommend them in turn.

Worst customer service ever. Hard to get a hold of and poor customer service when you do get a hold of them.Terry did a RWC for me on a vehicle a year ago.....it had a small crack in the rear tail light and nothing was mentioned about it and the vehicle passed RWC. Fast forward 12 months and I am wanting to sell the car, same condition of the rea tail light and it apparently fails.I ask why and I am told its due to the tail light. I question how a RWC was issued with the tail light in the same condition a year ago and now doesn't pass and get told that they did a favor for me because I was buying the car. I ask for clarification on how there is a difference and get told that now that I am selling the car they cant do any favors.Here is the kicker....I never asked for any favors in the first place, I don't want any favors done, I'm not trying to be dodgy at all. If I had of known that the tail light was an issue and if it was communicated to me in the first place then I would of replaced the tail light before I spent $110.00 on a RWC to fail.After about 20 minuets of difficult and uninformative conversations with Terry and trying to understand how he is justifying the difference I ask for my money back. This is refused.Seriously....multiple other companies in Toowoomba that offer better customer service and reliability.Do yourself a favor.......stay clear of Terry and Mods on the go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An absolute disgrace wanting people to fix parts that have nothing wrong with them so it makes themselves look better when an audit comes around. I had to ask the operator to leave because of his attitude.
