I bought the shed from Tiffany at the Zillmere store, and her level of professionalism and guidance was amazing. There is is nothing she doesn’t know about building a shed. Her sound advice about the design, size, colour scheme and siting was second to none.Although it took a long time for the shed to be assembled, Michelle’s flexibility in finding a slot for the construction was welcoming.Andres and David assembled the shed and the quality of the build is outstanding. You can place a spirit level anywhere on the frame and the bubble will sit central. Their work ethic is to be commended and Titan are very lucky to have these two qualified engineers from Columbia working for them.I really do feel I am lucky I got a Titan.RegardsColin Bartholomew

The only positive I have for using this company would be Tiffany for the quote, design and sales. Overall, communication to the customer is poor, in fact I had to follow up with most things.There is some water damage on one of the roller doors and the door handle has been installed off center. Build aesthetics could have been better. The QA supervisor who inspects the job after completion, had locked in a time and date, however failed to attend, and currently still waiting for to hear from them.Overall experience from sales to build scored a 2, and that is only because Tiffany held the team to this level.Would probably not use Titan again.

Titan delivered a great product. We went with the Golstar stud frame shed and couldn't be happier. Everybody was great to deal with from our local rep, Tiffany through to Donna with manufacturing and ARD to do some final door adjustments . Thanks
