Very friendly, helpful and fitted my son in on very short notice, and the Dr was excellent. Highly recommend.

First appointment pleasant with the staff. After the initial nothing but difficulties with the Practice Manager who only enjoys listening to herself and not what the patient needs or requests. For the much needed medical support for the Bay Area the service overall falls short. Would have been best not having them at all for the service provided.

I’ve seen Dr Mustafa a few times and he’s always been super polite and helpful. Always listens and understands what I’m trying to explain. 10/10 would recommended this clinic.

I was able to get in to see doctor within a few hours. The Doctor was very thorough, accomodating and even humorous which relaxed me a lot.Reception staff were lovely and could not do enough.

Dr Goodwin is my doctor and works for this practise. I feel Dr Goodwin is the best doctor I've ever had. She has never let me down and has always diagnosed me correctly. She is always professional and friendly, and is interested in my health.The staff that I've dealt with are always pleasant and never rude. I have blood tests done there, and again have found the nurse to be kind, caring and good at her job.

We definitely needed itI am a local and I was over not being able to make an appointment with my GP always a 2-3 week waitI am very happy with there service at this new practice. terrible horrible rude bunch of people. The sort of people who will rudely tell you to put on your mask when they aren't wearing one. The sort of people who after 3 months of being there trying to get put on a healthcare plan I end up with cholesterol tablet which I never asked for. The kind of people who couldn't care less if you were dead but a full of apologies and nice words yet there actions are weak as. I highly recommend you go somewhere else and I think this sort of practice should be closed down.

My mother has been suffering from long Covid symptoms for a year. She has undergone multiple examinations at hospitals, has suffered heartattack symptoms, low blood oxygen levels, and has been diagnosed with Pernicious Anemia.She has been feeling better lately, however, her blood oxygen levels dropped to 83 the other day, when realistically it shouldn’t drop below 95. She has had an overseas trip planned and is supposed to leave this Saturday - but when the blood oxygen levels dropped, she was worried and recommended to visit a doctor. Every doctor she has spoken to has said she shouldn’t travel, but she had to visit a doctor in person to sign paperwork to say she isn’t fit to travel. Dr Olena Goodwin of Salamander Bay Doctors, however, showed no interest and did not bother/refused to even look at the records of a decrease in low blood oxygen. Essentially told my mother that’s she’s fine and my mother was in and out of the doctors in 5 minutes. When we requested a letter to say that my mother is fit to travel, Dr Olena Goodwin refused to do this too and said she is not prepared to do this. My mother felt as though she was discarded, ignored and that this doctor did not have a care in the world for her.We are not confrontational people and we understand that we were new patients and therefore didn’t have any connections to the practice, but my poor mother has been undergoing this horrible condition for ages. This was going to be her first trip overseas and this scare has damaged her enthusiasm, making her feel as though she is weak and never going to get the opportunity to travel. All we could have asked for was at least a bit of compassion, advice, a discussion - but instead my mother felt discarded, silly, like a hypochondriac and has to face not being able to travel - for a reason she can’t help.Dr Olena Goodwin, do better. Respect all your clients. After all, we are the ones paying your wages. While I understand you may have been doing your job, there were better ways you could have approached my mothers enquiry. Showing interest in her worries is a start.
