Budget Roofing

I hired Budget Roofing to replace an old, rusty galvanised roof and to re-point the ridge capping on the tiled roof. They were very easy to deal with, competitively priced and did a great job! Definitely would recommend them.

Very professional. Used Budget roofing for a total roof replacement as well as full replacement of fascia boards, eaves and gutters. This is a family run business. Greg is the guy in charge. He was a great help in relation to choosing colours. He gave us a personal tour of some if the projects his company completed. They completed the job in great time and were even able to help us out with installing blue board. They gave us a great price and best of all, it all looks outstanding. Thank you so much.

Great to deal with, good value, there was a long wait as with all roofers so I'm ok with that. Happily recommend them to friends.

Unprofessional.Called them requesting a quote for roof installation and they said they'll send some one to do site visit.2 weeks later, no one showed up.I called them and this is what they said:We had to cancel some quotes and yours was one of them"The least expected is a phone call with apology not to leave people hanging. I could have and should have called someone else.Luckily I found out that they are Unprofessional before giving them the job.Disappointing!!"

Budget Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were very professional and offered excellent advice with our best interests in mind. You could tell by their attitude that they took pride in their work and that was reflected in the quality of the finished roof. Even our neighbour, whose double story house overlooks our single dwelling dropped over to compliment us on how good the roof looked and how professional the team were who did the installation. They were very clean and tidy, all of the rubbish was taken away. They were very cost competitive and all of their staff were great to deal with. Good genuine people who did everything they said they would do.

The team at budget roofing replaced my aged tile roof and gutters with with a new Colorbond roof.Budget roofing provided great communication throughout the entire process.I was extremely impressed with how clean and tidy everything was left at the completion of the job.Overall I had a very positive experience and I would recommend budget roofing.

Don’t go anywhere near these guys. Had a nightmare with these guys that i wouldn’t wish for any of their next customers.We picked Budget as they seemed to have good reviews online and wanted to trust a local family business rather than going to a big business hoping to find someone who could do a job properly. Owner was pleasant to deal with when requesting a quote. However on the day of the job, owner sent these two young guys unsupervised for roof clean and restoration, and to fix a couple of tiles. They turned up without tiles to start with so one had to go back to get tiles. Then while they were cleaning and fixing the tiles, they didn’t bother reattaching the skylight properly. Only found out when it started to rain and then water leaked in and damaged our ceiling. When we called to come back to fix it, they just shoved it back in without actually doing it properly and rushed off. The next time it was super crazy windy and raining, of course the water came leaking in and damaged our living room ceiling even more. All this while the boss sat in the office telling us he would send someone out when we called back multiple times in a stress as the damage was progressively getting worse.Got sick of dealing with these guys and decided to cut my losses so we got another company to come out to inspect the damage before my whole ceiling was going to collapse from all this rain. When the second roofer goes up in the pouring rain to help us check it out, he told us and showed us photos of a large number of tiles now cracked and broken from when the other guys were up there recently. We are certain that these broken tiles were due to Budget’s negligence during the roof restoration as we had zero issues with any level of rain and Budget had already inspected our roof prior to the restoration and only quoted a couple of broken tiles. If there had been more, I’m sure they would of happily quoted us to fix more tiles in that moment. The second roofer also showed us photos of how the skyroof wasn’t reinstalled properly after they fixed some tiles and due to the wind, it was just flapping about and leaving a gaping hole in the roof which is why water was pouring in through the roof and causing the massive leak in our living room. Thankfully he managed to help us to fix it properly and we had to also fix the ceiling at further cost to ourselves No thanks to Budget Roofing for all the stress and causing more damage and cost. Will never go near them again.
