Leela did the catering for our wedding and every single piece she cooked for us was absolutely delicious!! We wanted a cocktail style reception so she adapted her menu, portions and service for us. Our guests have been raving about her food the whole weekend and it was definitely a highlight of the wedding (I am still dreaming about her cheese soufflé 5 days later!!!)When we first started planning the wedding together she really took the time to get to know us and design a menu that was a reflection of what we wanted, for example she offered to prepare a traditional french onion soup for our late night snack (we are a French couple), all our guests were so excited and amazed that we have been able to bring this piece of French tradition to our Aussie wedding.We wanted some food served in the orchard and despite the challenges it can represent in terms of logistics she worked with us to make what we really wanted happen.The communication has always been very smooth and easy, Leela is very organized and detailed and has always been really fast to answer any question we had. We absolutely recommend her services.
