I attended Gary after injuring my shoulder. It was a last minute appointment and, no doubt, he missed lunch that day to fit me in.On examination, he was quite concerned and advised me to obtain a scan and x-ray asap. In the meantime, to alleviate my discomfort and lack of movement, he taped my shoulder and provided gentle exercises.After the scan/x-ray I contacted Gary (after hours) and he immediately reviewed them. He rang me a short time later to provide the results. He also provided me with details for specialists to obtain immediate follow up treatment.As a new patient it was wonderful to experience the exceptional service and follow-up that Gary provided. When I was in so much discomfort it was comforting to have someone in your corner" providing a plan of attack to effectively treat my injury.I will definitely book to have rehabilitation with Gary after an operation (even though I live 150 kms away. I have no hesitation in recommending Gary to any prospective patients."

Gary and all the other osteos always have a warm and friendly attitude. The quality of their knowledge and expertise is top notch and they provide phenomenal rehabilitation advice. Cannot recommend enough if you are struggling with injuries or back pain etc.

My customer experience with Sarah and Gary have been fantastic. They have helped me achieve better movement and now no medication for the pain. I have experienced awesome results that so far no one else has been able to do. Highly recommend these guys. I saw Sarah for an ankle injury, and really appreciated her guidance to rebuild my strength. She's fantastic. Also App with exercises is super handy for when you forget.

Sarah has been a great help guiding me through repair work to my lower back initially, then a damaged shoulder caused by a snow skiing fall. I have no more back pain, thank goodness, and my shoulder is coming along very well. I will continue the exercises given to me by Sarah and if I run into any more body troubles I will be back to see her !! Chris.

Gary has worked wonders on my lockdown-weary shoulders, neck and hip. His treatments are fantastic and he doesn't send me home with a long list of exercises to do that I know I'll never get to, but gives me practical tips and helpful advice to fit around my busy lifestyle. Highly recommended.

Gary is excellent! He made the pain go away in the session, he was great at explaining how to treat my issue and at demonstrating exercises that I need to do (he sent videos and written explanations as well). Also, I never wait more than a minute when I arrive. I highly recommend this business.

This clinic is great, the staff are professional, caring and knowledgeable. Ive been seeing Gary for an extended period of time and have had great results, better movement and less pain! Could not fault them. Their rooms are generously sized and always clean& tidy. Variety of treatment plans available. Parking is easy too - Would highly recommend them.
