I operate a mowing business and use battery equipment requiring information on the latest tools to hit Australian shores and the team always go above and beyond to assist and help me with my needs.Great team, great advice. Terrible customer service. Sold me the wrong product after showing them their own website page with the correct product. Then wouldn’t refund. Then demanded a second upfront payment before ordering the correct product. You guys have no idea how to get customer loyalty. Untrustworthy.I’m going to Gasweld.Never Sydney Tools again!

Came into Sydney Tools Rutherford for some nice shiny red tax write off supplies and Aaron went the extra mile to help me out, meaning I could get more tools than I originally would’ve been able too with my budget making me being able to do my job much easier.Excellent knowledge about the products and when I explain exactly what I’ll need to use said tool for didn’t try and up sell me but actually suggested based on practicality and not KPI’s or whatever business $hit goes on that’s way over my head.Will not shop anywhere else for tools, have been in a few times and I have had the same experience with all the staff members I have dealt with whereas if I were to call up another store which I won’t name old mate just punched in his computer exactly what I did on the website and didn’t try to help me out at all, polar opposite to the service you get at Sydney Tools

I was upgrading to the new 40v Makita battery platform but didn’t need everything in the 6 piece kit. What I really needed was a Planer. Bryan was able to help me get the kit I actually needed. He patiently and clearly explained everything to me. Brilliant service.
