Absolutely terrible. All owners should avoid this agency. They knowingly found a tenant who sublet my property as a hotel and asked me to repair everything after a few months. The property was constantly being damaged by random tenants and the agency didnt let me know the tenant was subletting it as hotel until i found out by myself! I was angry and furious and hoping to let the tenant go. But the agency did not agree and asked me to keep the tenant. Apparently they are the same people! OMG. I was so desperate and i went to VCAT to finally got it resolved.Please read my comment and avoid it happening to you! It was Candice and Joseph Yu at that time.

They dont keep their listings updated, confirmed my inspection, sent another confirmation again 2h before the meeting only to have the agent not show up and the office laughed in my face because property has been leased a week before.

They don't return calls emails or texts, very very poor service,Very hard to deal with.....
