I will never use this mechanic again. Part of the problem was that I was not demonstrative enough to complain, - preferring and hoping to believe the business owners promises.The proprietor promising he could do anything Mercedes could do. Clearly not. My car has been there for 11 months, and I have waited and waited and waited for feedback. To no avail. I can only presume, my car was stolen. Why else would he not contact me to offer sound mechanical advise? I will let the authorities work out if this is the case, or not?I am completely gutted and so disappointed by my experience.It makes me sick that I was sucked in by a shister mechanic that in hindsight, I now realise belongs on Current Affair being exposed. And to what end? I have no idea of the motivation - it wasn't for financial gain, that's for sure. So disappointed!

Very nice service...... I came here for my blue slip... Very efficient and reliable service.... Owner Mark is a very friendly guy... Definitely recommend this place. Will bring all our cars here for service and inspections going forward.

All you want for a mechanic is someone you can trust to do a good job at a reasonable price. Marc is a great mechanic who is always honest in his dealings and certainly knows his stuff

Outstanding service and efficiency.Up from Canberra, had rough running and called Marc on Monday morning. Dropped the car off that morning, he assessed it, keeping me informed of the progress and showed me that evening what had been done - replaced spark plugs and coils. The car returned to Canberra Monday night and ran without a hitch. A great team, helped me out of a difficult situation. Well priced, I'll now service the car in Sydney. Thank you Marc and your team.

Sent our 80 Series LandCruiser to these guys for a pink slip. They held the car for two weeks with no action and our rego renewal date passed. AFTER THE REGO DUE DATE PASSED, they advised that they would not issue a pink slip. It started with $3,000 indicated one week and then $6,500 the next week for things such as a ‘weak alternator’. Called another Mechanic to go through the notes who said this was outrageous and some items were for car performance not a pink slip. Pretty silly when the car was made in 1994 and is not brand new. When asked for an itemised list to break down the $6,500 (as we had no problem with repairs required but did not make sense that it would cost that much for the items listed), we were produced with a list of comments and no actual breakdown. Never received a phone call after showing up at the shop about vague explanations and being told we would receive one. It is absolutely insane to have quotes pulled out of thin air when they knew that we had no choice since rego had passed. Potentially a consumer law issue here. Ended up paying $110 just to get the keys back and sent straight to the other mechanic consulted.

Been coming to Mark for a few years with different cars. He is thorough, informative and friendly. He keeps me apprised of what is happening, gives great advice and keeps my car running perfectly. Cannot recommend enough, will keep coming back to see Mark and Mary, they're amazing people.

Great service. Mark takes the time to genuinely discuss the issues and listens to the customer, even when its for a mundane Corolla. Pricing was as expected, with no suggestion to do extra or unnecessary work. Even on pickup he had time to give advice on my other cars minor issues, with no suggestion i bring it in immediately. A refreshing change from other mechanics, and dealer service centres.

Excellent Service. I've been to many repairers in my time and always found Marc to be upfront about what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. The work has always been spot on, timely and rates reasonable. I've never felt pressured and Marc has always been accommodating if for any reason costs of repairs were out of my budget. Highly recommend to anyone who just wants their car fixed, no nonsense.
