Extremely rude staff… I was excited to see their opals & had planned on purchasing one. They couldn’t answer any questions I had about the healing properties of crystals & clearly don’t know what their talking about… very disappointed

poor customer service skills. Your better off going to a vending machine and getting your opal from there . Your dogs all stink ! Get them a bath ! Dog urine all over the floor ! Store smells like dogs ! I only ever left a 1 star review for you and your customer service skills. Dont like the one star review improve on your customer service skills. Maybe the council needs to come and check on your store and allowing dogs in there ? You claim there a no pet policy in your shop on the previous comments but you keep 2 x dogs on premises ? Pull your head in . 30 + yrs business in the coffs area but i reakon youd change locations all the time due to your poor customer service ?

Absolutely lovely experience. I was left to browse for a few minutes before being asked if I required any assistance or would like to see any display cases up close. The lady serving me was very polite and easy to talk to. Excellent service and will definitely be coming back in the future, highly recommend the shop if you are searching for high quality jewellery and service.

Great variety terrible service. Didn't greet me and were swearing talking about someone when I was in the shop. A good understanding of customer service would enhance this shop a great deal.
