River Kwai Thai Massage

I rarely rate businesses even if I didnt appreciate the products/services they sell, but my experience with River Kwai was quite different and I wanted no one to experience what I went through. I am someone who always look forward to getting my massage as I have back problems, and I couldn’t go frequently because of how expensive it is in Australia.I specifically asked for a hard back massage and what I got was probably a softer-than-soft massage; I was lathered with oil which I could’ve asked my kids to do for me. I am unsure if it is River Kwai’s style or I got a therapist who is probably very new.The worst part is when the receptionist asked how my massage was afterwards, I asked her if we could speak in private so I could convey my disappointment. I got completely ignored, and was forced to just speak very plainly that I didn’t have a good experience. The response I got from her was to let her know NEXT TIME it happens. As if I am returning again.It may just be me and just a stroke of bad luck — regardless, may this serve as a fair warning to anyone who’s looking for a good massage around the area.

Authentic Thai massage. Great work to relieve tension. Provided advice for home stretching as well.

Excellent service! If you want a proper remedial massage then come here. My job is very physical, so I visit this place regularly, and I recommend it to any of my friends that need a massage.

By far the best massage I've had! The employees were so friendly and accommodating. We called last minute and they booked us in with no issues and both myself and my partner couldn't be happier with the results! My muscles are insanely tense and I felt like a noodle after! I’m a health worker and always go for a massage for because it helps me to relax and helps with my body aches from all the physical work i’m doin. I like it when they always starts with questions regarding my health and if I have any new problems. Does an excellent job attending my needs. Very knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend it and actually I look forward to my massage every week and know that it helps and enhances my well being.
