Have read through some of the other reviews here and completey agree - once the house is built, you never hear from them againWe moved into our house in May, it is now October and we have a list of over 60 defects still waiting to be fixed, everytime i contact them, they say they are under the pump because they have just been given more houses to start building.We were initially told these issues would be fixed roughly 4 weeks after moving in, in order to let us settle in, its now been 5 months and still nothing and to make things even better, we are the ones always chasing them.At this rate, we are very doubtful any issues will be fixed and want to warn any people considering using Vantage Homes for their next house build - we sure wont be using them again for the next house we plan on building

We have used a few builders in the past, but keep coming back to Vantage Homes. The overall build quality and finished product is just so much better. The pre-build process is also better than most other builders we have used. Loads of flexibly within house design and inclusions.If you are unsure just look at other homes after a few years and then compare them to a Vantage Homes. Also never had any issues with the maintenance after the build. Any issues we had in the past were addressed to our satisfaction.

We had a very positive overall experience building with Vantage Homes. From the sales agent to final handover with our building manager, everything was done professionally and above expectations. We would build with them again.Our sales agent Angela was very helpful and upfront with everything. She took the time to explain everything that was included in our package and genuinely cared that we chose the right home to suit our needs. The office/admin ladies were very accommodating and kept us updated if things changed. The building manager Graeme ensured every detail was perfect the whole step of the way. His team member Ben also went above and beyond to ensure a professional finish was completed to both inside and outside of our house. Thanks again for a wonderful and memorable build process.

Our new Vantage Home journey was great fun starting with finding a block of land and then deciding which Vantage home design to choose.Angela our Vantage consultant was very patient and a great help guiding us through the many designs, changes, upgrades and extras we were looking for in our home.Angela’s customer service was top shelf and was also our contact person through the Contract process with Kassandra the Contracts Manager.Graeme who supervised the build kept us in the loop and completed ahead of schedule the build phase and we are very happy with our new home.We appreciate the Vantage teams efforts.Wilhelmina & John

After building our home, which we were pretty happy with, they completely abandoned us. There were many mistakes, most of which Vantage Homes blamed other builders or neighbors on. They took no responsibility on burying our water meter, broken sinks in all our bathrooms, or leaving about a dozen cracked tiles in our floors. Once the build is done to their standards, you will never see them again.

Just finished our build with vantage homes and would not recommend to anyone!!! Absolutely nothing nice to say about this company and would strongly discourage anyone from using them to build their home!*Edit* 5 months of living in our new home and we are still dealing with this pathetic company. Cracks in our walls, side fence still yet to be built(we had to build our own so our dogs and young child can not escape from our yard), dealing with the extremely unprofessional site supervisor who doesn’t own or admit to his own mistakes and petty emails. Nothing gets attended to unless you harass the head office. Please please stay clear of this company when considering a new house build. Or read all of the reviews.

As a Property Manager I work often with the Vantage building team on The Views project Sippy Downs. Jack is responsive, professional and quick to act at every call. Vantage have been by far superior in service and quality of build compared to most builders I deal with daily. Highly recommend this business and their team.

The overall positive experience we had with Vantage Homes during the build process is the exact oppositive of our experience with them afterwards. We’ve been having issues with our rainwater tank connection (possibly the pump), and contacted VH’s maintenance team. Was told that because the house is more than 12 months old, we had to contact the plumber “Samios” (who was cc’d on the email) who replied that we had to contact the company that supplied the pump. What’s the point of including the rainwater tank to the build package (where they add admin fees and whatever else to the actual cost), when they’ll pass around the responsibility to someone else anyway? We couldn’t be more disappointed with the maintenance team. To anyone considering Vantage Homes, think again. We ended up paying someone else to fix the issue rather than wait as this is a major house problem.

100% do not recommend. As like other reviews, once they have your money they dont want to hear from you. Worst experience and I was a first home owner/build. After moving in, so many defects in the house that needed to be fixed. Including, antenna not working, phone point not working, cracks appearing everywhere, painting needing to be touched up, dead lock wouldn't lock and chasing them to finish the fence for 8month so I could complete my landscaping. Dont waste your money or time. Very disappointed.
