I don't usually write negative reviews about a small local business however, felt it was important to share my experience with others before they decide to pay for the services of this one.I got Southside Tilers to tile my kitchen splashback. I was initially very happy with how the finished job looked however, that soon turned to disappointment when the grout which Southside Tilers supplied and installed did not set or cure. After three weeks, I could still wipe the grout away with a dry finger and it would turn to dust. If I used a wet rag (just water, not chemicals) to clean the tiles, the grout would absorb the water and turn to mush then wipe away completely from between the tiles.I requested multiple times with the owner for this issue to be resolved but was told that's just how grout is". I stated I was not happy with this being the finished job to which I was then told "you'd better learn how to regrout then" and "if you're not happy with the grout being like that than fix it yourself".So in short

Southside Tilers were great, from the quote to the finished product. They made the process very easy and made excellent use of the time, to ensure we were inconvenienced from the shortest time possible. We would definitely recommend Southside Tilers to our friends and family.

I have an investment property in Wanniassa and the bathrooms were hangovers from the 70s and in desperate need of a revamp! A friend of mine recommended Gary from Southside Tilers! He helped with ideas to upgrade and the best tiles to use! Reliable and efficient which is quite rare these days! He did a great job at a great price and can’t recommend highly enough!

Did a professional job, very happy! Hexagonal mosaic in the shower, very difficult but a terrific job!
