Addendum to review below. After the experience contact was made with Connie and the photos sent. Connie apologised,for what had occurred acknowledged the issues with the dress and offerred to remediae the issues. Connie at the time said when I was pessimistic re the sleaves being fixable that I would be amazed at what she could do with the dress, and was rightConnie did an amazing job on the sleeves which look lovely and fit perfectly look lovely and the sash is perfect. Thankyou so much!Despite the negative experience noted below, I would definitely recommend a business which made good" and has the skills to be able to do that. I have used the service chapel sewing solutions on a number of occasions. And have always been very satisfied, with alterations & staff..But not on this particular occasion. I was bitterly disappointed with the finished alterations, as the fine material was badly flawed and ruined. In taking my garments back Connie's reaction to my garments being ruined, was utter denial & she wasn't taking any responsibility for the damage to my garments. I took my damaged items to another tailor & he advised me that the damage had been caused by a blunt needle in the sewing machine. I'm Sad!! & very disappointed that I have wasted a lot of moneyon a beautiful outfit that now cannot be worn. All I really wanted was an apology & perhaps the offer to refund my hard earned money. But I got nothing!!. What a terrible experience. I will never be back in this establishment & will advise friends and family to go elsewhere with your alterations. SHAME ON YOU CHAPEL SEWING SOLUTIONS.

I asked for a quick turn around for 2 pr trousers alterations & it was no problem for them to fix.Friendly attentive staff & a pleasure to go there.

Never been able to fault their service.More than happy to cater for dietary requirements. Their efforts in assisting people like myself with complex dietary needs trying to still enjoy life with friends took so much stress off, they happily (no hesitation at all, no eye ruling like some places) were happy to provide me with all ingredients and were happy for me to pick and choose ingredients so I wouldnt have to worry about consequences.I find them resonably priced for a restaurant and find the meals appropriate in size.Parking lot makes it easy for customers as the road is a bike lane.Can get a little bit loud but most restaurants do.Sometimes a little bit of a wait during busy periods but not enough to make me cranky, just wonder! But certainly worth the end product.Never been disappointed in a meal from them. One of the only food places I'll try new combos because I trust them.Love the booths reminds me of years ago when they were popular.Can cater well for med-larger groups.

Unfortunately wasn’t happy with the results here despite glowing reviews from others. Of 5 items I dropped for various alterations only 1 is in better condition than when I dropped it. That was a jumper with a small hole. I requested original hems on 2 pairs of jeans - not done and now look strange. Had some elasticated pants taken in and they did it asymmetrically so they are now unwearable. Definitely don’t risk it with clothing here.

I will be eternally grateful for chapel sewing solutions. Thank you for helping me last minute with a wedding dress and making it fit perfectly. I was so impressed with your workmanship and ability to create solutions on the spot.

They were fab and the male fitter just got it all and offered me the most positive advice. Couldn't ask for a more professional person.

Recently i bought a second hand pram that required a mesh cover to block out the sun. The pram had no zipper liner to attach the pram cover. I called around a few sewing places who advised to go to spotlight (which didn't have a zipper long enough) to buy zippers and weren't sure if the job was do-able.It was by chance I googled Chapel Sewing.When I went into store, they had a zipper long enough (>100cm) and said it's no problem to sew on. Without any fuss. When I picked it up, it was perfect !! The quality of the sewing was amazing, it was just like a bought one. So grateful for their help.Will definitely visit again with any sewing issues and recommend them to friends and family.Thanks again Team.
