I signed with Steve from Harcourt because he came across as genuine and had great local knowledge. Steve was always confident and enthusiastic about selling my property and always followed up when he said he would, which is my biggest issue when dealing with agents - they say they'll deliver and you're always left chasing them. I never imagined id sell after only one open house, but we had so many buyers with great offers that Steve negotiated an amazing price and i sold within a day! This was the best Real Estate transaction iv ever experienced, thanks to Steve!

Steve and the team have been great throughout the entire process and have been brilliant in guiding us and answering all of our (sometimes stupid) questions. They have been reliable, punctual and have been honest about the market and our property's value. In the end, they got us the result we wanted with minimal hassle to our daily routine. I would give them 5 stars but they just put my rent up another $85 in one hit, not happy.... And yes, I know interest rates have gone up, but history shows when interest rates come down, the rent will not
