dD Security Solutions - Locksmith services in Melbourne

These guys claim to have a 24/7 emergency service but this is rubbish! They don't even return calls!They are the official locksmith for my apartment complex so when a bag with my apartment keys was stolen in LA last Friday I called them. No response.When I landed in Melbourne on Sunday morning I called again. Still no answer. I left another message. They never returned my call.After 16 hours in transit it's incredibly frustrating when and organization does not deliver on the services promised and keeps you waiting in the cold... literally!In the end I called another locksmith who came and opened my apartment within half an hour... like Matnick should have!Only gave them 1 start because I couldn't give them 0.
