The woman in this store was so rude I flat out just walked out. I refuse to shop at places with poor attitude anymore. Was going to buy my son a Batman suitcase but I will buy it online instead.

Absolutely unimpressed by the customer service especially with regards to Anne. I called to ask if i could make an exchange or refund for a purchase made 30 mins prior. She starts by saying no and that scratches occur immediately after leaving the store. What was worse is that she called me back to berate me about my change of mind, saying I was making excuses and she wasn't born yesterday. Highly unprofessional and I will NOT be going back to that store.

The staff at Pera were so helpful- especially Andela- she went out of her way to locate my receipt so quickly and organised a new bag through warranty for me and communicated really well. Def will go back!

My wife and I were very happy with the service we received from Anne yesterday. She helped us purchase a luggage case for my wife for Melbourne trip. She setup the locks etc, and checked with the airline requirements, and showed us price comparisons online to show how they compared. Adrian
