I wouldn’t even give 0 starts to this place.I went in to for manicure and sns removed but then goodness my nails hurt and the lady didn’t bother to soak my nails and went straight up to taking it out with the fake nails used for extensions ripping my upper layer of nails out.when asked about it she said its easy that way,i said it hurting but she didn’t listen and also the manicure lasted for a min .Worst worst worst customer service and worst nail technician.Wouldnot recommend it!

Worst customer service, does not understand what you ask for worst manicure and so much to list. The lady doing your nails gets up like 10 times to attend others.

I had been here a few times prior to tonight’s bad experience and yes they can be rough and rude. I’m a bit of a novice so didn’t realise that I’m not the only one till I read the reviews. Tonight two of us came in, they said to come back in 30 minutes and let the lady behind us in first. We come back in and they still haven’t started on that lady. I sit down in the chair to have a pedicure and my daughter is having just her nails done. They start putting tips on and then leave her sitting there while they serve someone else. 40 mins later they start my pedicure and I tell them no finish my daughter because we need to go. I needed infills as well and I could see it wasn’t going to happen. It takes at least another half an hour to finish my daughter’s nails, they charge us and I then realise they started on her cuticles but didn’t finish them. I ask them about this and they say it’s an extra $10. Why would you start and not finish the job and make no mention of it to either of us. We also weren’t the only ones sitting waiting for along time. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else.

My sister and I attended this nail salon and a few major reasons as to why we will not be coming back:* There was a verbal argument between the staff witnessed by everyone in the salon and it was very uncomfortable to watch.* The person doing my pedicure kept walking back and forth to argue and made the service longer than it needed to be.* The place does not do EFTPOS like the signs say it does. We were made to transfer by BSB and Account number which I find extremely unprofessional.If I could give a 0-star rating I would. Everyone was visibly uncomfortable, and I felt really off leaving the store.

Worst mani pedi I ever had . I did pedicure and manicure both they massage my one hand and other one they didn’t. But I feel like it is ok I didn’t say anything . After I finished my foot feel like before. My heel and ball of the foot is still hard.

Worst experience I have ever had. Unprofessional and under skilled (can’t do nail art). I asked one of staff can you draw flowers on the nail and she answered “ we don’t have that. I left with question mark did she understand what am I asking. Staffs were aggressive and rude. Do not go there

I felt very uncomfortable due to the staff not speaking english, clients are left waiting, I don't understand when staff talks to me, they move chairs, i asked twice to pay in advance and people nod but didn't take payment, I saw other clients calling for help on and on and the staff ignoring them. The staff kept talking to each other on foreign language very loud and laughing at times, very innapropriate. The service was fine but I won't be going back.

Never had a job so poorly done like this place. All of my nails were filed crooked, i had to tell them to do them again and again and again. Like...can you just shape them properly instead of asking every 2 seconds if this is okay or not? The tips were off centered for goodness sake.Some area are not painted properly. When finished, i saw 4/10 nails have fibers in them (they weren't just teeny tiny ones, some are huge, some are black, idk how they missed that?)To top it all of, of course like every other comment say. The staffs were less than unpleasant. I've been to multiple salons before so I dont expect anything much cause I understand they are busy. BUT this particular one just make me never ever wanting to give them a 2nd chance.Truly do yourself a favour and don't come here in the 1st place. You can have much better things dones in any other salon in the same mall.

If I could I would give 0 stars! Rude staff, don’t understand about nails at all… horrible. The lady was hurting me and didn’t stop even with me complaining. Until I started to bleed and took my hand away. I was about to leave. Then charged me 45$ and in the beginning she said $35! Horrible horrible!! And the end result is every nail with a different shape, don’t go here please! Safe your money

Worst nail salon experience I have ever had. The staff were disgustingly rude and aggressive and hurt me numerous times with the nail equipment. There was no apology and it was insinuated that I was lying about my bleeding nails. The nail artist kept telling me to “be normal” whilst twisting my arms. To top it off, my SNS is uneven and clumpy and it took 2 hrs and 45 minutes for a mani (sns) pedi combo. Do not go to this salon.
