Had ducted reverse cycle system serviced. Guy was on time and very professional. Tested all components and cleaned filter. Provided advice to obtain long service life from system. Highly recommend!!

This was the first time using this provider for ducted AC maintenance. They have easy online booking, they are great at reminding you of your upcoming appointment. They are transparent about fees and offer great value for money. On the day I had professional and friendly service and they make it easy to pay by card with the technician attending the site. I will always Mr. Goodair going forward.

Our aircon wasnt working , we had a service and valce replacement done 16th Jan 2023The lady tradie was very proffessional and did a fantastic job of getting our aircon working again.Highly recommend for efficiency, responsiveness and cost!

Very responsive to emails and price given upfront for a service. Courtesy message given to say technician was slightly delayed but it was only 15 minutes so very impressed.Lady who showed up was very professional and did an excellent job at fixing the A/C as well as cleaning up on completion of the job. Highly recommend and will use for all future A/C repairs, install and service.

Great guys, quick, simple, tidy - missing white foam to finish off fitting and used black against a white air con in a white room - something that we will now have to resolve.No big deal really, but would have preferred that the products used were a little more sympathetic to the room aesthetics.Definitely would recommend and use, perhaps with a call to ensure that the desired finish is achieved.Thanks guys!

Aden was very thorough in diagnosing a fault with our evaporative cooling unit. When he came to fit the new unit I really appreciated the constant communications and updates on what steps were happening next. Very friendly service.

The technician that can out was very impressive with the quality of work, manner, interaction and timeliness. His name is Lushish (though I may have spelt it wrong) but I am not wrong about the person, Very, very good, don't let him go....
