Went to get some belt hole adjustments done, they were very quick, friendly and generously done it for free. Will definitely come back to get my keys done by them or for shoe repair. :)

James is awesome! He knows so much about watches. Interestingly when I took my watch to change the battery, he noted that the previous place had put in the wrong battery. That previous place was an exclusive watch seller in Civic shopping center that sticks Cartier. Thanks James and Mr Minit!

Great service ! No job is to big or too small and the guy who runs it gives such great customer service that it is always worth going downstairs to go to his shop instead of someone else when needing shoe or zipper repairs, engraving, key cutting.

Hello Minster mint, the old guy there is really rude man, he just got agitated asking simple questions like what ?He may have with you for years that's why he thinks of himself really high and is getting rude to customers as I have read other comments with similar experience.You really need to retrain him in how to be patient and calm with customers and not show that you don't know the word professionalism".Otherwise your business is good for nothing as your shop will be just there to make people's day bad.ANYONE READING I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONE ....search on google and GO TO OTHER PLACE."
