I paid 12 dollars for same day delivery but forget about same day delivery this guys doesn’t even deliver next day. I called customer service and they said it will be deliver asap i have been waiting whole day but there is not any delivery or response. Extremely disappointed. 0 star for customer service

I had the best experience today. 26/05/22. This morning I went to Repco Rockdale and had the best assistance from the morning staff. I purchased 5 Litres of oil as recommended from the staff and payed $5 donationfor a funnel.The staff was very patient and helpful and I actually learned something or two about automobile servicing.Very clean parts store with plenty of light and space to find what you are looking for.Awesome Customer Service !!

Very friendly staff,store is big and well organise and easy to find what you looking for but if not sure where to find it the staff is ready to help you,plenty of parking available but it's shared by the other businesses in the same block.

Very good shop , have visited this shop few times over the years ,no complaints. Always well served by staff members. Have picked up online purchases from this shop no dramas. If an item is available at the shop online you should be able to find it in store. Lots of parking available on site.

Service attendant at Rockdale store on 4/9/22 didn’t know what roof racks were initially. Unhelpful in identifying which one would fit my car and said that even his computer wouldn’t be able to tell him which one would be most suitable. Why sell roof racks when you don’t know anything about them?

Was served by John and Lachlan today after purchasing some tools for our dealership, very nice guys, very informative and great customer service! Would highly recommend this Repco, due to speedy responses and fantastic customer service, will defitnetly be back.
