Bought something for 5.98 and the person at the counter rounded it up to 6.00! This is not cash and this shouldn’t be rounded up. If you’re a customer, Watch your balance. Today I was served by a really lovely young lady named Emily. She could not have been more helpful. She took the time and energy needed to successfully help me find an elusive product.This store in my past and recent experience does have great customer service.Terrific Mothers Day products too.

Had a terrible experience here this afternoon, a worker yelled at me when I was checking out an item and told me I have to pay for the spray because I sprayed it, when I simply just opened the cap. I’m southeast asian and although I wasn’t really ‘presentable’, I am still a healthcare worker and not someone who should be discriminated against.

Today was the third time in as many years that I have shopped at this store. The customer service here is abominable, I can't remember the exact past experiences I had, but they were equally as bad as today Which is why, even though this is the closest discount chemist to me, I avoid it at all cost.Today when I took my purchase to the counter, I waited and watched a sales girl 3 meters directly behind the other side of the counter continue to unwrap packaged bottles of vitamins. After watching her unwrap the third package, & being ignored I excused myself & asked for assistance.The sale girl was apathetic and unapologetic. I can not speak of the service from the pharmacy in this store as I have never used it, however, I won't be going back here, and strongly advise others to avoid this particular store too.

Typical Chemist Warehouse. Generally they are cheaper than anywhere else overall, but their half the RRP promotions are confusing and deliberately muddying the waters on the price front. Staff are next to useless, don’t know the product and can be hard to find. This one is convenient but that’s about it.

Very disappointed to see in a chemist team members not wearing masks. I saw at least two today working. If they have an exemption that is fine but a badge or sticker under their name badge to say they are exempt would be appreciated by customers.

Worst customer service , product cover was leaking and showing from bag. Couldn’t refund.
